Information about shipping

All our products are shipped in discreet packages, not indicating the contents and sent via "Track & Trace" couriers, thus ensuring peace of mind and total control.




We send our packages by courier  (SDA, Poste, GLS, DHL, etc.). After the package has been shipped, you can monitor the status of the shipment through a tracking code. If you want to receive more information on the status of your shipment, you can contact the local courier in charge of delivery.


For orders under € 50 we charge the shipping cost based on the delivery address.

Return Policy

At Rivendocanbio we want to be sure that your experience is the best possible. This is why if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it to us within 5 calendar days of receipt at the delivery address.


Please note that Rivendocanbio does not accept payment from your card until your item is shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before this happens, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return conditions

All items must be returned in their original packaging: sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged (if applicable).

Return the product received

If you wish to return an item, please contact an operator of our Customer Service by email via A product can only be returned after making arrangements with an operator of our team. If damaged we will be happy to send a replacement product once the original item has been received and inspected. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item you wish to return. After agreement, you must return it within 14 days.

If your item has been damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the email address above to notify us of any damage (with photo). Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and send out a replacement, if applicable.

What to do with defective products

If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo immediately. Make sure that the goods are securely packed for their return journey to us, and once you have made arrangements with our customer service, send the goods back to us for inspection.


If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of our staff will check the item to make sure it meets the conditions. If approved by the inspection, the refund will be issued by bank credit.


Note that:

  • Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged.
